Below is a list of mental health organisations to help with your mental health. Many of these top mental health companies are charities and provide lots of different support services. Many provide free mental health services, and all are available in the UK.

SANE

SANE is a leading UK mental health charity. SANE offers emotional support and information to anyone affected by mental health problems through their helpline and email services and their online Support Forum where people share their feelings and experiences.

SANE’s vision has remained consistent throughout its twenty five year history: to raise public awareness, excite research, and bring more effective professional treatment and compassionate care to everyone affected by mental illness.

The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aims to find and address the sources of mental health problems.


Samaritans
Samaritans

If you’re given the time and space to talk things through, you can find a way through your problems. Samaritans help you to explore your options so you can make decisions that are right for you. The Samaritans are always open, round the clock, every single day of the year. You can talk to them any time you like, in your own way, and off the record – about whatever’s getting to you.

 

Together
Together

Together is a national charity working alongside people with mental health issues on their journey towards independent and fulfilling lives.

Together offers a wide variety of support to help people deal with the personal and practical impacts of mental health issues. The services we can provide range from one-to-one support in the community to supported accommodation and making sure people understand and are able to express their needs in their dealings with official bodies.


Rethink
Rethink Mental Illness

Rethink Mental Illness provide expert, accredited advice and information to everyone affected by mental health problems. They directly support almost 60,000 people every year across England to get through crises, to live independently and to realise they are not alone. Rethink Mental Illness have over 200 mental health services and 150 support groups across England.
