- European executive roles in receivables management (e.g. Intrum Justitia) and credit reference firms (e.g. Equifax), having established many data sharing schemes
- On FCA register since 2008, as a director and compliance oversight
- European M & A background, including working with PE firms to establish debt buyers (e.g. Lowell Group) and infrastructure to support global firms (e.g. Coface, Firstsource)
- Former director of Registry Trust Limited (RTL) and CIFAS
- Principal Delivery Lead on major business & digital transformation programmes (e.g. HMRC), including customer service and debt management
- Subject matter expert for systems integrators (e.g. Capgemini) around debt management and debt prevention in different verticals (e.g. FS, Energy/Utilities)
- Established L & D schemes and academies. On steering group for Trailblazer apprenticeship schemes and new ISO kitemark around consumer vulnerability/inclusive design
- Established trade body in 2010 and continue to run merged association – DEMSA
