My personal motivation and passion is to help people communicate more effectively, especially within the world of Customer Service.
As the daughter of a shop owner, I understood the importance of personalised customer service from a young age.
My mum ran a convenience store and Post Office. She knew her customers by name, took genuine interest in their conversations and responded promptly to their requests.
These skills have been essential in my career and I’ve seen the difference that customer service excellence can make.
In my management roles, it became important for me to train and motivate others. I developed the skills to help build confidence and positive working practices.
