The innovative MorganAsh Resilience System (MARS) has now integrated the VRS database, making vulnerability assessment easier and more reliable for firms in the financial services sector.
The MARS tool uses a combination of existing data and customer assessments to deliver a “resilience rating” for each consumer – which provides staff with a simple way to assess, understand, rate and track characteristics that contribute to the vulnerability of individual customers.
With the VRS database integrated, MARS will help firms meet the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) evolving requirements for firms to improve their understanding of the vulnerabilities of customers.
