A secure point of reference for vulnerable consumers and organisations they deal with

CCR magazine have an article this month about the VRS and the success of the recent launch event, as well as flagging the polling conducted by ComRes. The article describes the register as a ‘secure point of reference for vulnerable customers ‘, and notes that the VRS gives organisations dealing with vulnerable people a tool to help them meet their regulatory and ethical obligations in dealing with vulnerable consumers and to make the best possible decisions while doing so.
